So Much for Pure Food Fasting

Well, I had to get out of the apartment really fast this morning to work on a group project and did not have time to prepare anything to eat during the day.  I had to grab a bar to last me.

I love these Balance bars.  (Although this is my least favorite flavor). I actually eat the cookie dough and mocha chip bars as dessert/candy bars.

The bar does not contain any high fructose corn syrup and does contain 15 grams of protein, so it will have to suffice.  I will eat only vegetables and natural grains tomorrow...when I have time.
