As you know I love Tuesdays because I have late class and get to hit the gym in the morning. Today I slept in until 6, walked the dog, then hit the gym for 30 minutes of intervals (both hill and speed) on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the elliptical-mainly just to loosen up my legs.
Breakfast was a yogurt bowl. The hubby sprung and bought my Okios!
1/2 container vanilla Okios
Kashi Go Lean
spoon of pumpkin
lots of cinnamon
drizzle of honey
This was a serious yogurt bowl!
