Can't stop eating dessert

Dinner was more veggie lasagna bake....ahhh I eat a lot!

Just as good reheated!

 Side salad.  A big one.  Like I said, I eat a lot.

Nope, still not done...

Cinnamon Sugar Apples
1 apple diced
Sugar & Cinnamon to taste
2 tbsp water or wine

Place diced apples in sauce pan on low-medium heat.  Add sugar, cinnamon, and water.  Put on lid and heat, stirring constantly until apples are soft and sauce thickened.

Yum!  I top with Kashi and whipped cream.
