Well I stepped out the door for the gym at 530 this morning and it was like a sauna!  I am so tired of Houston Humidity!

After a pretty decent workout I made some oats.  (I know it was hot and I am eating oats, but they were already prepped).

Apple Cinnamon Oats

1/2 apple diced
-sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and microwave 1 minutes so apple is softened
Add apple to bowl of overnight oats, heat until warm
I always add in more cinnamon!!!
