Quick Lunch While Reading
Well, since I am forever behind in my classwork, I just fixed a whole wheat bagel (10g of protein) for lunch. I used fat free cream cheese as a base and sprinkled some with cinnamon and some with strawberry jam. Also had an apple!
Hope this keeps me full until dinner!
