Ugh, only the second day of the week and I want it to be Friday. Can't be a good sign. I have fallen behind in my school work which is stressful.
Breakfast this morning: Apple cinnamon oatmeal
cubed a large of apple, added a tablespoon of water, and sprinkled with cinnamon then microwaved one minute to soften
-added in one packet instant oatmeal and cooked as usual
-delicious! added more cinnamon of course

Lunch yesterday was a berry-protein smoothie
And, toast with almond butter and jam.
Dinner was a quick salad after returning from Alumni happy hour where I had some chips and salsa and one beer.
