3 day weekend Recap
Well, I did not keep up with the blog very well this weekend...so I am going to do a large recap here now.
Saturday: 6 mile run, college football, lots of snacks
Sunday: 30 mins elliptical, 30 mins ab, 10 mins arms
Monday: approx 5 mile run, dog park adventures
Food: Lots and lots of food. Pretty much all really good for you food as well. Here are some of the things I ate this weekend (camera was on the fritz so not everything is documented)
Snack of Choice this weekend (along with yummy chips and salsa). Yes, this bag is gone.
making bagel pizzas
Bagel pizza (carbs on Friday night to prepare for 6 mile run Saturday morning.)
Dessert: greek yogurt, half scoop ice cream, strawberries, sugar free chocolate sauce
Another dessert: eclair and cannoli bites, Jordan I split each one.
Chicken sausage and plum
Light wheat toast with almond butter and strawberry jam
