Yes, the ball drops at 11pm in Texas. It was yet another sad realization of living in Texas. I could NOT believe it: how do you watch the ball drop at 11? So sad.
On a happier note, our NYE party was fairly successful!

We actually toasted at like 11:30pm. We watched the crazy man jump his car on ESPN, so we just DVRed the ball drop and watched it after! (We may or may not have toasted to the Central and Pacific timezones!)
